Exhaust manifolds are installed around the radial exhaust of pneumatic motors in ranges 10, 20, 25 and 30 (Motors from other ranges are collected by default). This allows for the collection of the engine exhaust towards a muffler, a filter, or simply to redirect it away from the workplace using a pipe.
The use of an exhaust manifold can have an impact on the engine power. It can slightly reduce it (gamme 30) or, on the contrary, significantly increase it (gammes 10 et 20). The use of the exhaust manifold increases the maximum diameter of the engine.
Exhaust manifolds can also be assembled on engines after manufacturing.

ATEX certificate is an essential safety standard for equipment and systems used in potentially explosive environments. This certification ensures that the products meet strict standards for safety and explosion prevention.
Their explosion-proof nature has been certified by LCIE Bureau Veritas.
ATEX zone is a mixture of air and flammable substances that can explode in the presence of a source of heat.
MODEC pneumatic motors help eliminate the source of heat and thus break this triangle, ensuring the safety of people and property.

This option is only available on reversible pneumatic motors.
The left/right inverter allows for controlling the change of rotation direction directly on the motor using a simple left/right lever (see photo), without the need for pneumatic assembly (5/3 distributor, multiple supply hoses).
This option is particularly interesting for motors installed in equipment that requires manual control. The Left/Right inverter option impacts the motor's performance and provides it with the same performance as its version N (with handel) RV (reversible).
We offer as an option "oil-free" motors designed for applications that do not allow the use of oil.
These motors have special bearings and stators designed for this type of operation. The speed of an "oil-free" motor is generally 5 to 15% compared to that of the same lubricated version of the motor.
Additionally, the following precautions should be taken :
Reference | Standard motor | Lubrication free motor |
---|---|---|
Lubrification 4,4 gouttes / N.m | Speed : 100% Maintenance every 1000 to 3000 hours | Speed : 100% Maintenance every 1000 to 3000 hours |

This option is recommended for use with long periods of inactivity to ensure an immediate restart of the motor.
The Kit start ensures that the vanes remain in position within the stator and are ready to operate as soon as the motor is powered again.
The speed controller integrated into the pneumatic motors allows the user to control the motor's rotation speed simply by turning the silencer ring.
No need for flow restrictors at the inlet or outlet of the motor with this compact and clever system.
Available on most of our models, this option further enhances the durability of our motors in humid or corrosive environments.
