Inline flow regulators allow the motor supply to be controlled and, consequently, the operating speed. They are particularly compact and easy to install on the motor supply or on the air supply hose.
Exhaust flow-reducing filters allow the pressure differential between motor intake and exhaust to be controlled by acting on the exhaust. As a result, supply pressure remains unchanged and starting torque is not reduced, while torque at maximum power (at the operating point) is reduced. Can be used with filtered air or neutral gases, whether lubricated or not.
